What is your question?
It was starting intermittently for a few weeks and now it won't start at all. All electrical and lights work inside, key will turn with lights but no noise or crank. Ig2 fuse not sending power to starter. When starter is directly connected to battery, it starts up and runs fine. Is it the ignition switch or relay?
How long has your 2014 Kia Soul had this problem?

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! No start? More like no good! Based on your symptoms, it's more likely to be an issue with the ignition switch rather than a relay. The fact that the starter works fine when directly connected to the battery suggests that it is operational. Since the IG2 fuse is not sending power to the starter, it indicates a problem in the circuit controlled by the ignition switch. A faulty ignition switch could prevent the signal from reaching the starter. However, it's always best to have a professional mechanic diagnose the issue to confirm the exact cause and ensure proper repairs. If you have any other questions, please call us at 877-913-1554!
