Hello, The backup camera on lot of Kia and Hyundai models fail, and the issue is either the radio/nav unit or the camera itself. Many have had good luck cleaning the camera internally and filling it with silicone before re-installing it, but others have to have the dealer order and replace the radio/nav unit or camera.
