I got 2011 kia soul I can be driving come to curve or hill we're I slow down it cut out start jumping but when I give it gas pick my speed u it stops does it more when warm recently ut plugs in it been doing it for 3 wks engine light not on I was told got plug wire touching somewhere it don't miss but just when I slow down than try speed back up
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. It is unusual that an engine misfire that is observed would not set a check engine light on. Have you checked for any diagnostic trouble codes using some sort of code reader? If you do not have one, I would recommend reaching out to a local shop near you to have an evaluation performed. An evaluation of fuel delivery, ignition system operation as well as air intake system operation, measuring fuel trims to make sure that there's not too much or too little air getting in, is needed.
