A/C compressor working and seem not to be leaking and still not blowing cold air

Hello I've been trying to figure out why my mom's 2018 Kia Sorento AC is not blowing out cold air I used to be a mechanic apprentice and almost got license so I I know my way around a vehicle and I had my ozone depletion card I guess they keep AC compressor is working clutch is engaging and disengaging on a turning on and off it blows air and everything but it's warm like almost as if it was on heat

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing actually turn g the heat on

How long has your 2018 Kia Sorento had this problem?
