Turning the engine off and then trying to restart - this action will rarely help any problem you are experiencing. As a result, the problem that first showed up when you lost power is still persisting - and troubleshooting is needed to find out what is going on and why it is happening.
The battery light and oil pressure light are on simply due to the engine not running - do not read anything into that.
Testing of fuel, ignition, air intake and exhaust systems are needed to find out what is going on with your Kia. There are a multitude of possible causes for your concerns, and without many clues it would be inappropriate to speculate on what is happening. I would encourage you to reach out to a local shop near you for a technician that can assist and provide needed guidance.
