my 2017 kia sorento would not start the lights in the dash came on but the car would not start then after about 15 minutes of me trying to start it. it finally started what could it be

there was no noise car was running fine. this is the second time this has happened I took it to the dealership the first time they said they could not find anything wrong I'm adding to this post because I am having the same problem and I keep taking it to the dealership, but today when it would not start I took a video of me turning the ignition and then putting the car in neutral and the car started this is the second time me doing this and the car will start so I know something is wrong.

since I bought the car new in 2017
