why are my low beams not working?

Hello, It is certainly an electrical issue, but knowing where the power in the circuit goes cold is key to finding it. I will tell you this: the Kia warranty should handle this issue. If, for any reason, the vehicle does not have the factory warranty, let me know what engine you have, which model it is (limited, EX, etc..), and which type of headlights you have.
