Why does my horn keep going off and then my car won’t start?

This is the second time this has happened. The first time was over seven months ago, and this time when I went out the next day to go somewhere, it did the same thing. The horn went off, the emergency lights were going on and I couldn’t get any of it to stop even trying to turn the key on or hitting the horn button on the remote.
