What is your question?
Have presently no problems with brakes, but notice a slight decline in stopping immediately. Dealer found small wear on pads, but none on rotors . Dealer wants to replace all 4 pads and 4 rotors. Says brakes will give a kickback to the steering wheel if rotors aren't replaced. At $798, Seems a little excessive. Is there a more reasonable, yet safe avenue to take? Thank you.

Hello, "small wear on pads" - I wouldn't replace brake pads until they are nearing their minimum levels. I'd recommend a second opinion. I also don't know why you'd need to replace rotors unless their condition was compromised or corroded, or they were too thin to machine.
