Car locks wont lock on truck and alarm won't lock doors neither what do i do?

Hello, seems like maybe one of the doors affected doesn't think it's closed all the way. A diagnostic tool would be quite helpful to learn the positions of each door latch sensor to see if one is saying "open" when the door is actually closed.
