What is your question?
Occasionally car will get to 25/30 mph and then gas pedal doesn't work, like in neutral. If you stop, Park, turn off & restart, runs fine. No service lights comes on. Had the mode 6 checked and shows nothing wrong. Has done this about 7 times in last 4 months.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Sometimes trouble starting when this problem occurs
How long has your 2013 Kia Sorento had this problem?

A good scanner and knowledgeable tech is needed here. The tech will check for trouble codes and actual values. This could be a throttle issue but only a complete hands-on inspection can determine the cause. Use this link to find a good shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
Hello, when odd things like this occur, all you can do is have test equipment actively connected checking various components when the problem is occurring. I would suspect a concern with the throttle body or related components that control throttle actuation, such as the accelerator pedal position sensor circuit. Once you can visually component operation on a diagnostic tool while driving, you will likely get clues as to what has occurred.
