Changed out the throttle body assembly replaced the battery but car still wont start.

If car is cranking over, there are basically 3 things that will prevent a vehicle from starting. Air, fuel, or spark. If it cant flow enough air in or out, the car will not start. Sounds like you were looking at throttle plate issues. There also depending on year of vehicle could be relearn procedures that need to be followed. If cat is plugged from any previous issues that could also prevent starting. You also could have a fuel delivery issue, either pump or injector control issues. Same with spark, control or other issues. There also could be a base mechanical issue with the engine. At this point I would find a qualified shop on Repair Pal to properly test and diagnose the vehicle before spending a lot more time and money on it. Good Luck Clint
