My 2012 Kia Sorento does not start when the key is turned in the ignition.
What is your question?
After the first or second try of turning the key the vehicle then starts with no problem. When first turn all lights come on but no sound or clicking.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Sounds like some kind of excessive resistance in the starting system, such as with cable corrosion to the battery and starter, or a starter motor that may be requiring excessive power to crank. Testing hands on is needed.
