Crack in the head gasket

Was told I have a small crack in the head gasket

What makes this problem better or worse?

It goes to hot and back down after it has been drove a min. When the air is on It drops from hot to almost middle.

How long has your 2011 Kia Sorento had this problem?

It started last week and I had it in the garage since I got it back form shop.
