Are you not still under warranty? I would imagine Hyundai will help you for no cost if there is a malfunction. If not, then you'll want a repair manual.

I would think this is still under warranty on this vehicle, but even if it's not, if you can't find the throttle module, you shouldn't be trying to repair this yourself. Take it to the dealer and see if the warranty still applies.
