I would suspect the "Rear Wiper Controller" has gone bad. It could also be the switch. Does it "park" when the you turn off the car or does it stop where ever? Regardless, it will need to be troubleshot electrically before I'd throw a part at it.

When I turn the car off it stops where ever. I took a test light and tested the wiper control box for power. It had power going into the box, but none was coming out of the box. There are no blown fuses and no check engine light was on. The wiper stopped working correctly after I washed my car.
