Why is the car jerking when switching gears?

Good Morning, Could be worn motor mounts,A engine misfire,or an actual transmission problem. I would first start by seeing if any dash lights are on or codes in the different computers. Next are all the fluids full and clean, have any new fluid spots started showing up on the ground. See what these show and make repairs or continiou with the inspection process until the problem is found.
