What is your question?
My Kia (with 100800 miles) lost power in the mountains. I noticed that the trans indicatior light was not working, gas gague not working and no check engine light was on. I shut the engine off and now everything is dead. With the key on I don't get any lights on the dash, no gas gague and starter wont even try. Battery is good. Horn, headlights pwr windows and radio all work, but wont even try to start.

Sounds like the part of the electrical system that controls the powertrain has failed. I think it's a job for your local Kia or Mitsubishi specialist or an auto electrical shop. If you want to find a Kia specialist, here's our directory link for you: https://repairpal.com/kia-repair-in-puyallup-washington
I think I got lucky!!! I had my Kia towed 145 miles (thank God for AAA) and took it to my neighborhood mechanic. In less then 5 minutes he found a bad fuse. I didn't even know that there were fuses in side the car. I only checked the ones under the hood. It was the fuse labeled "meter". Just a simple 10 amp fuse. All is well now. Thanks rswans
