when I make a sharp turn there's a loud beep & interior light/warning light on

Hello, This is likely oil pressure or coolant level low. When you turn, all the liquid goes to one side, and the associated sensor will tell you about it. Check your oil, add if low, and check your coolant reservoir as well. Do this with the engine COLD so you don't burn yourself. Another thing you can do is get in a parking lot, turn the steering wheel and drive in a circle ONLY until you get the light. That way you can watch it come on. Check fluids first, and have an auto parts store scan for trouble codes. Post the codes they find here for further evaluation.
