Rough idle. Code p0300. I think it's running lean...

I checked the short term fuel trims and it was at 24% for bank one and two. I hear a loud sucking sound from the metal canister that hooks up to the vacuum reservoir I believe. Really thought the rough idle was vacuum related. I know it's not electrical so far and was going to check the fuel filter. Does anyone know if that metal canister is supposed to make noise and where the fuel filter is located. Thanks

No,it's not supposed to make that sound,you most likely have a vacuum leak,cracked/split,or disconnected evap vacuum line. there is no external fuel filter,it's inside the fuel tank,part of the fuel pump module assembly.copy and paste the link below,and I wouldn't drive it until the Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire is fixed!
