My 2003 kia sorento just clicks but won't turn over

The vehicle just clicks and won't turn over. I tried bypassing the starter relay and it did turn over. Swapped out the relay and it still doesn't work, and now it doesn't even do anything when you bypass the relay. Have tried wiggling the wires from the ignition under the dash but still nothing. I have cleaned the battery terminals
