Car will not shut off when key is turned off and taken out

What is your question?

When key removed it will kill t stop running, I have to pull main relay to cut vehicle off, but then dash lights stay on so I have to disconnect battery cables. I installed a new ignition electrical switch and didn't correct problem

What makes this problem better or worse?
