Test fuel pressure.......... How many miles? Spark plugs? Check engine light on?
Good morning raiderrick, If the starter is turning (cranking) and it wont start right away, this could be a fuel pump losing its prime when sitting. This would have to be verified by a technician with a manual fuel gauge but you can try this also. Start the engine and let it run for about 15 seconds. Turn it off. Then, restart the engine and see if the problem is gone. If so, then it could be that the fuel pump is bleeding off the pressure after it sits off for awhile. If that is the case then a fuel pump replacement is the only fix.
