Touch screen not working properly message error

My 2018 kia sedona sxl keeps getting a message on touch screen that says ( battery discharge warning use system with vehicle running ) But the car engine is running ,now my climate control is not working and seat heater not working. The display is showing that the climate control is off but I can adjust the temperature with the control knob it is just not showing on the display and the heated seats will not turn on at all , the cameras will not display ad well what could it be ?
