I have high beam but no low beam. Kia dealers are booked up til October.

Wow, booked up a long time. Sorry to hear it. What about non-dealership facilities? Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops The low beam could be simply because of a burned out bulb filament, or could be a switch, socket or wiring issue. Hands on testing is needed.
