What is your question?
Sluggish acceleration after car wash, ESP went on (slippery tires?), I turned ECO off. Soon some dashboard lights started blinking, Airbag light went on, I turned ECO on again, lights went out within a few seconds again. I drove home, got some gas on the way, and didn't seem to have any more issues w/ ECO off. I let the car sit for a few hours and when I turned on the engine again, this is what I noticed: 1) Car starts normally 2) RPM gauge stays at 0 3) Fuel gauge shows full tank 4) Ambient temperature shows blinking dashes 5) Gears not showing on dash 6) Tire pressure light blinking rapidly 7) CEL + Brake + ABS + ESP lights blinking simultaneously at much slower rate than TP light 8) Airbag light is on 9) Lights incl. brake lights work fine, blinkers don't 10) AC + radio working fine 11) Shifter locked (when unlocked manually, car drives but can only shift in manual mode, stays in 1st gear otherwise) Mechanic said he's unable to read CEL code and that no fuse was blown.

Hello, first - get a new "mechanic". This isn't a difficult diagnosis for a skilled technician. Secondly - without having hands on with the vehicle it's absolutely impossible to guess what's going on. If I did have to guess, I'd suggest some kind of battery low voltage issue affecting operation of electronic components. Or, some kind of water intrusion inside an electrical connector or module that somehow occurred during this car wash. A conventional car wash should not cause this though, so It's kind of unusual to hear. You need hands on assistance.
