Cooling fan relay location

Hello, the relay would be located in the under-hood relay box. Have you checked for power at the cooling fans to see if power is present but the fans do not work? Has a diagnostic tool been used to see if the fans are commanded on with no response? Proper steps should be followed to diagnose the concern properly.
