KINDLY ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO KIA 2007 (77000 KM) OVERHEATS AFTER DRIVING +-40 KM I HAVE SERVICED THE CYLINDER HEAD AND PUT NEW GASKET, NEW THERMOSTAT KIA ANTI FREEZE, AND CHANGED RADIATOR COVER BUT STILL OVER HEATS REGARDS MOHAMED

You may have a crack in one or both cylinder heads. When ever you replace head gaskets, you MUST have a machine shop pressure check the heads for any evidence of cracks and then resurface them on a milling machine or they will NEVER seal properly. Hope that this helps.
thank you for your response I did take the cylinder head for pressure test and resurfaced with a reputable company and two days ago i took it to the radiator company they tested for any leakage with blue chemical it didn't change hence cylinder head is ok. what else can be done? regards mohamed
