When driving at 60-70 mph the vehicle will start a terrible vibration that feels like it is coming from the front end. It does not start till after having driven the car for a while and it doesn't do it all the time. If decelerate just a bit it will stop for a few minutes then will start back up at the lower speed. It has done this all the way down to 50 mph. Have had the tires rotated and re-balanced and it has made no difference. What is the problem with this vehicle.

These types of problems are very difficult to diagnose. A technician would start off by trying to reproduce the problem, then performing an inspection of the steering, suspension and driveline. After all that it may not be obvious, so it will take further diagnosis. You are looking at about 1 hour to look into a problem like this, and more if the problem is difficult to diagnose. Try to be able to reproduce the problem consistently, then take a technician for a test drive to make sure they experience the problem.
Check front wheels ballbearings. If they are worn out you will have the same problem.
