What causes my 2004 Kia Sedona engin with 134,170 m to intermittently cut off?

I hear a ping sound under the hood, car will sometimes jerks real hard, and the engine just cut off when I lower my speed or come to a stop but no check engine light comes on and it always crank right back up after a couple of tries after I pump the gas, this cutting off occurs once everyday cause I only drive it to work and back home, total of about 40 miles round trip. I don't drive it on the expressway anymore, too danger cause I never know when it's gonna cut off. I have taken it to 8 licensed mechanics and 7 said they couldn't find anything wrong (Firestone, Pep Boys, Advance Mufflers & Auto repair, Tri-State Cars, Action Mufflers & Auto Repair and a few self employed license mechanics) cause the check engine wasn't on and one told me it was my fuel pump so I bought a new one and I'm still having the same problem. These mechanics have kept my car for up to 3 days to test drive, so they say and still don't know what causes my car to cut off like that.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Engine is warm or hot, it lasted 3 days when the temperature was real cold
