Steering wheel gets tighter while driving
What is your question?
Tightens while driving down road on and off. Sometimes wondering if it will move, then it gives. We replaced the power steering pump no issiues for a day. Now back to same issue.

Nothing special on this vehicle - no electronics involved or anything. Your gear or your pump is at issue. Have someone check out the pump for pressure and flow. You may just have a binding gear.

there is a intermediate shaft between the steering column and the rack that will need replacement it has u-joints that get corroded and freeze Kia had a tsb on this issue
