we have a 2003 Kia Sadona, auto transmission won't go into gear

Hello, Inspect to see that moving the shifter is moving the shift shaft on the transmission. If it is not, you will need to find where it is broken. If the shifter is actually changing the position of the shift shaft, you will need to have the vehicle towed to a transmission shop for diagnostics. The issue sounds electrical, not mechanical.
