Should you replace all the motor mounts including the trans mount when the side motor mounts need replacing?

First, you should try to determine why the mounts broke, to prevent it from recurring. Then, if the transmission mount is not damaged, just fix what's broken. Engine and transmission mounts can last the life of the vehicle.
