any suggestions on why my turn signal on driver side (both front and back ) will not work? we have checked all fuses even changed stearing colum (thinking it was electrical) also have changed both bulbs still not working passenger side works fine any suggestions

flashers have been checked they do not work either, passenger side does, but no driver side. We have run test light to check electrical and there is no power going to plugs for bulbs. not sure were to start to fix problem
