My van says temperature sensor on the thing autozone plugged in . Will that make my engine idle rough in park and start driving once im driving its smooth. Thats the only code on my van that shows up. And i replaced the plugs and a coil pack also.

I would definitely resolve whatever is causing that trouble code. It could be that the measurement is erroneous, or it could be that the engine is not getting to the proper operating temperature. Have this diagnosed and then repaired. Once completed, then recheck for rough running. Coil and plugs is great, but if you have a base engine timing or compression issue, then it could be insufficient to resolve your concern.
