Hello, The answer is maybe, and that there may be some unintended consequences. The seats are made to fold down, as I'm certain you know, but removing them was never intended. That being the case, the scenario is much like removing the tailgate or roof; it can be done, but will require removal by deconstruction. Also, if there are occupant sensors in the seats, removing the seats and turning the ignition to the ON position will result in the airbag warning light being displayed. This typically disables the airbags from working in a collision as well.
