What is your question?
I have an 08 kia rondo roughly 104k miles, driven very little as I work from home. I was driving on the freeway at 75mph and noticed a whining noise only when holding my speed when pressing the gas or taking my foot off the noise stops. Now there's absolutely no oomph while stopping the acceltor to get onto the freeway or other situations where you need your car to accelerate quickly. It also seems to be burning ALOT of oil and the check engine light is also now on. There are ZERO signs of any fluid leaks.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Everything makes it worse
How long has your 2008 Kia Rondo had this problem?

Hello, well, honestly -- it sounds like something critical is happening, but only by checking it first hand can you figure it out. It could be an internal engine concern, a transmission concern or an axle concern. It could be some combination of all of those suggestions. With a lack of power, suspecting lots of oil being consumed and a check engine warning light on, a technician will definitely be able to figure out what is going on.
