A/C is not working properly. I change the fan motor, no gas leakage what I do is switch to full or sometimes on and off the power for AC so it will cool. Otherwise it will take time to cool or it doesnt cool at all if I dont do the said procedure.

Not a lot of info to work with. I would start with turning system on and see if the a/c clutch turns on. Presuming it has one. If it does but does not cool you need some gauges on it with some who knows how to read them. A one hour ck out fee with a trusted mechanic would be well worth it. Your keeping the car? Well you want a/c?
