Kia Rio 5 2009, timing belt slipped. Is the engine non interference engine?

Timing belt slipped due to water. Totally shut down. Wondering if this means the motor is done for and needs replacement. Or I'd this a non interference engine, allowing clearance in the cylinders. Or not.
