Can my tire pressure effect the alignment and the way my car drives

Ok thank you. Also my dash tpms in dash is lite up. I just bought this car 3weeks ago. When i drive it it seems very sensitive to bumps an seems to veer as if its out of line. Taking IT tmrw to get alignment is a front end alignment same as an alignment?

Yes, it basically it. If your check engine light is on, have them do a scan to reveal the codes and you can post the results for further assistance. Having alignment done is a good idea but, don't be surprised if they tell you there is a worn out suspension or steering component.
