2007 Kia Rio Brake light on passenger side wont work

If you're speaking of one brake light on one side -- it's not going to be related to a fuse concern. If you apply the brake pedal, you should have power in the light socket where the light should be on that passenger side. If there is no power, then you'll have to trace the wiring back to where the power loss occurs. If there is power, then there clearly is a bulb issue.
