What is your question?
I was waiting at a red light when the light turned green I pressed the gas pedal but the car did not move. I tried to turn it off then back on but when I did that it would not turnover, it made a single click noice and that was it. I have a brand new battery, spark plugs, and spark plug wires; what is wrong with my car? Why won't it work? I have a 2003 Kia Rio

It sounds like bad electrical connections you have a new battery are the connections clean tight and secure is the ground to the engine and chassis good. You need a voltmeter ( and I guess a wiring diagram) to check for voltage drop and circuit continuity. Check the static battery voltage across the battery the voltmeter should read 12.6 volts if the battery is fully charged with the engine running with the voltmeter across the battery terminals the battery voltage should be approx. 14.6 volts if the alternator is properly charging the battery. Kia as a car manufacturer put a lot of great technical information and work shop manuals on line for free for Kia owners. www.kiatechinfo.com
