My 2003 Kia rio will sometimes start, sometimes won't. I had the starter rebuilt and a new battery put in. I can get the car started by crossing the cylinoid but I would like to start the car from the inside. Can anyone help me?

I think that you have a starter relay that may be failing. Check in the owner's manual for the location. Second thought is that the ignition switch is failing, so get into the wiring and test the START function of the ign switch and check the starter relay.
