Intermittent Starting Issues

What is your question?

i've been dealing with this problem for about a year now. It comes and goes as it pleases it will just randomly not start. I will try it again and again and again and it'll just randomly start except for in May it wouldn't start again and so we replaced starter. And now it hasn't started again for two days. It's not the battery I have full charge. I should also mention that ever since it got stolen by the Kia boys and a horrible repair job by the Kia dealership because it got stolen from their lot and they ended up having to pay for it so they did a shit ass job and ever since then I've been having horrible engine issues and have to replace or clean my spark plugs every 60 miles or so and when they get really bad, I need to be replaced. It's literally every 15 miles. The car is a mess and I need a new one, but that's a whole different story. I just need to this one to get me through for a short little while and I need to get it running please help.

What makes this problem better or worse?
