Why my 2018 Kia Optima breaks on it's own while driving?

It happens mostly in traffic. If I am driving along regular nothing really. But once I am in traffic it starts breaking on it's own. The break light doesn't come on when this happens. Sometimes depending on the kind of turn i make it does it also. I have taken it to a Kia dealership numerous amount of times but no one seems to be able to figure out the problem.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Not driving in traffic makes it better. Being in traffic makes it worst.
