The car sometimes will not start has to be jumped off it has a knocking sound as it is gaining speed to shift it will not ships fast it takes it awhile to get to 20 and it won't go over 65
What makes this problem better or worse?
It seems to get worse as it heats up
How long has your 2017 Kia Optima had this problem?
I'm not quite sure cuz it's not my car

Hello, the "knocking noise" sounds ominous; if it's in the engine area, it would seem to be that there could be an internal engine concern causing reduced engine compression, a timing issue, or worse. Hands on inspection is needed. Do not continue to drive a vehicle that has knocking and takes a while to get to speed! You will only make things worse than they are, not to mention cause a safety concern for yourself and others.
