Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your 2015 Kia Optima. Based on the information provided with the battery and alternator already being replaced and you are experiencing a concern where the battery dies out while driving and consuming electrical power, this can indicate that the charge output from the alternator is either not reaching the battery due to something like a blown fuse, fusible link, or even a loose, corroded, or damaged battery or alternator cable or connection. This can also be caused by a wiring concern leading to the alternator or that the computer isn't sending out the charge signal to the alternator itself to command it to charge the battery. What I recommend from here is to have the charging system properly tested by a reputable experienced shop to identify which component is causing this concern so it can then be repaired properly from there. The testing needed may involve special test equipment to help pinpoint the concern.
