Why the powertrain warranty wont fix engine recall, brakes and powersteering issuees for this model?

A little advice -- "researched online" - be wary of what you believe online in "forums". Powertrain warranty does not cover brakes and power steering. It covers powertrain. Engine recall? What engine recall do you have? Have you consulted the dealership service manager for the details of the "recall" and why your vehicle is not included?
