When I push the gas my car won’t go and when I let my foot off the gas pedal and gas pedal again it will go but it is losing power I was gonna change the file pump on the engine

Diagnostic testing is needed - using a Kia compatible diagnostic tool, you'll want to see what each component is doing and what is being commanded.
