Soft brake pedal

What is your question?

Changed Rear pads and rotors, front pads. After changing the rear, no system issues. Pedal was hard as it should be ,engine running. After changing the front pads the pedal was soft, and faded to the floor. Isolated the issue to the r/f caliper (line pinch). Tried a used caliper ( no new or remain were a available) no change. Might be a bad used one, but it looks new. Try the new one tomorrow. Is there any special procedure for a 2013 Optima that I’m missing? Thank You!
